A number of on-the-scene videos are spreading tonight/early this morning that depict tear gas being fired by police to disperse hundreds of "Occupy" protesters in Oakland, California. Over 100 people were reportedly arrested.

Early this morning, dozens of people were arrested when police officers evicted protesters from Frank Ogawa Plaza and dismantled their encampment.
